Rough Draft
You will be sent a few simplistic sketches used mainly to get across the general idea and concept. Once you select one, the project will move on to the next step.

Tight Sketches
You will be sent artwork with a more visual representation of what the finished work will look like. You may request any changes be made before the final piece.
03
Final Work
The final piece of art will be sent to you. Any small final revisions may be requested before the finalized piece is provided.

Is there a free trial available?
No, there are no free trials. If requested, a consultation may be offered to assure you of your choice.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can also switch between monthly and yearly plans.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can request a cancellation any time during the artistic process. However, depending on the status of the project, fees may still apply.
Do I need to sign anything?
Yes, a contract will be drafted to clarify the process of your commission.
What is the purpose of a contract?
The contract is meant to protect both you and the artist from possible theft as well as clarify the stipulations of your commission.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, you can. If you have not already paid, an invoice will be automatically sent to you. An invoice may also be sent if requested.
